" Trust is a four letter word with U (You) in it". Think GPS connected to Source.
Years ago, when I was in my early thirties, I kept hearing the same message from friends, family members and even acquaintances. I was told I was a very angry person. At the time, this comment always felt like it was coming completely from left field. My Ego kept repeating to me that I was a most positive and upbeat individual. Meanwhile, others experienced my anger as energetic "roaring". I unconsciously used those I came across as an audience for my rants on my latest perceived injustices of life. Again, in my head, my thoughts told me that I was being an astute observer of the follies of human nature. It was always about the other, which meant I was truly "lost" in my own stories. I finally discovered my own personal guidance system (PGS) in my mid-forties, after I realized that all these so-called dramatic scenarios from my past had one common denominator in them...myself. In order to find your way, you must have the courage to look in the mirror and take responsibility for your own thoughts. The past is exactly that, the past. If you do not release as you walk along your journey, the cumulative weight will stop you in your tracks, or worse. You could easily end up replaying the same episodes via internal and external conversations, until you make yourself sick. A dog chasing its tail will eventually get very dizzy, if it does it often and for prolonged periods of time. So, the next time you find yourself being told that you are walking in circles...stop, take note and change your direction. Congratulations! You have successfully inputed your new GPS coordinates. In joy this new part of your journey. For further research, please check out the following website: Byron Katie, The Work

Thoughts have a tendency to come back over and over until you notice it or being made aware, then you have a chance to change it. Thanks for pointing it out.
