Astronomy is a reflection of our current mindset.
What happens when our way of thinking, in other words the story we have been told via our western education and mainstream media, is confronted head-on by information that literally changes everything?
Will those who break the silence be eliminated, prosecuted and ridiculed for thinking completely outside of the box? Historically, this has happened during key moments when past astronomers have had the courage to speak out and open our minds to another way of describing our place and role in this universe.
I recently flew in a plane across the Atlantic ocean and I was surprised by the following insight: The mode of transportation I was in appeared to have stood still with regards to technological evolution. Overall, my flight took the same amount of time it had in the early 1980s. Later, back home, I came across some photographs of myself sitting in a motion sled surrounded by engineers working on a corporate project that was being prepared for the international space station. The photograph had been taken in 1986 and it reminded me of all the new aeronautical advancements I had been privy to at the time, some of which have only now been reintroduced as commercial products for general public use.
So, why has astronomy in general, and the space programs specifically, not produced any major advancements or revelations since the late 1960s?
Could there possibly be a parallel space program operating covertly and outside the scope of NASA and other well-known space agencies?
Like archaeology, astronomy is now a field which has a "blacked out" zone, a forbidden area, where questions and research with regards to new findings and discoveries (with the latest satellites, telescopes and 3D ground penetrating imaging radars) are dismissed. Academics pursuing these new discoveries are all warned that their professional careers are now at risk. Many have found that they must literally remove themselves from standard methods of funding in order to have the freedom to publish and present their work.
Ask yourself the following question, "Since change is the only constant in life, what revelations have we not been informed of with regards to advances in astronomy and how will this hidden information once revealed transform our lives"?
